When people ghost, they disappear. In the age of online connections, especially in a larger city, people can block each other and disappear entirely from one another, in a digital sense. But exactly why? Who knows.
Most seem to agree that ghosting is lousy, but many people loathe confrontation. Did you friend break and unwritten rule and you don’t wanna talk about it. They know what they did, right? Maybe not, but who cares?
Unfortunately, ghosting doesn’t involve actual ghosts. Even those who don’t believe in ghosts can be ghosted.
